NICCA SUNSOLT® SERIES
Dispersing/Leveling Agents for Low Liquor Ratio and Rapid Dyeing of Polyester Fibers
A series of dispersing and leveling agents for polyester dyeing. Combination of functionality including dispersing difficult dyes and auxillaries, retarding type leveling for tight shade control of difficult colors (NICCA SUNSOLT RF-560), in-bath scouring to reduce spots and stains (NICCA SUNSOLT SN-530), and optional carrier for leveling in continuous lines, stripping, or reworks (NICCA SUNSOLT RX-22).
NEOFIX Series
Fixing Agents for Direct and Reactive Dyes
A series of highly concentrated fixing agents for cotton fabrics or blends dyed with direct or fiber reactive dyes (NEOFIX RP-70 and E-117). In addition to standard fixation to improve wash fastness, NICCA also offers special versions of NEOFIX to improve chlorine fastness (NEOFIX RX-505) or to improve rub fastness or crocking (NEOFIX IR-88).
SUNMARINA® SERIES
Yarn Breakage & Abrasion Resistance Napping Lubricant
Gives polyester fabric improved resistance to yarn breakage and abrasion. It is also an excellent napping lubricant.
SUNLIFE® SERIES
Ultraviolet Absorbers For Polyester Dyeing
The SUNLIFE series are UV absorbers that shows outstanding resistance to sublimation, have very high concentrations for cost efficiency. SUNLIFE significantly improves the light fastness of disperse dyed polyester fabrics and yarns, particularly automotive upholstery and floor coverings. SUNLIFE is characterized by having extreme micron-sized particles in dispersion, so as to be suitable for package dye application.

TEXPORT® TA-Series

TEXPORT TA-78 has been developed as an excellent soap-off agent for reductive clearing for polyester. It is ideally suited for polyester automotive seating dyed with high energy disperse dyes.
TEXPORT TA-60 is an excellent dispersing agent for one-bath dyeing process with FR chemistries. It reduces the possibility of stains.
TEXPORT® D-SERIES
Lubricant & Fabric Protector for Preparation and Dyeing
A bath lubricant for processing various kinds of textile fabrics. Compared to other commodity-type bath lubricants, it is superior in extremely high-speed, short liquor ratio equipment such as jet or winch machines. The addition of TEXPORT® D-600U will protect the fabric from being scraped and bruised by fiber/fiber and fiber/machine abrasion and also prevent a large amount of creasing.
When treating synthetics, creasing problems tend to occur around the glass transition point, and currently the only method of dealing with this problem is to have a very slow and tightly controlled cool down period. However, because of TEXPORT® D-600U’s anti-crease effect, the cooling period may be shortened for substantial cost savings.
TEXPORT® D-600U may be used on polyester, cotton, and blends. Its stability to acid, alkali, and salts permits it to be used even under very harsh treatment conditions.
